Marketing Executive
Reporting Structure: General Manager
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiative and activities in the food court.
- Initiate the creative concept to decorate and boost the products to be attractive to the customer.
- Initiate the activities such as events, printing, web, social media etc.
- Management stalls and equipment within the food court. Assist in the on-going improvement on financial controls, policies and procedures.
- Manage sales and control expenses within the food court.
- Take care of the tenants and comply with the rules of the food court
- Organize activities to stimulate sales.
- Documentation and other tasks according to the company policy.
- Male/Female, age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in written & spoken both Khmer and English; and excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good teamwork capabilities to work across functions.
- Strong leadership and ability to drive food court staff teams.
- Strong analytical skills, self-initiative, maturity, enthusiastic and trustworthy.
- Knowledge of current food court trends, customer preferences & consumption habits.
- Knowledge of diverse cuisine styles & food preparation techniques. management skills, especially with diverse teams.
- Computer skills essential.
- Hands-on, Energetic and having good attitudes.
- Personal interest in trendy food concepts, culinary arts, barista, wine, mixology.
- Fast learner and flexible to any change.
- Service-minded with positive attitude.
