- Identify and develop new B2B customers.
- Visit companies, factories, garages, fleets, workshops, and corporate buyers.
- Build relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer follow-up reports.
- Support B2B sales growth, customer development, and key account follow-up.
- Collect market information on lubricant demand, competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Support Officer

We are looking for an active and responsible Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Support Officer to support our Accounting and AR team.
The role focuses on customer payment collection, overdue payment follow-up, daily collection reporting, bank deposit control, payment document management, and implementation of company payment control policy.
- Collect cash, cheques, and other approved payments from customers.
- Follow up with customers on due and overdue payments.
- Deliver invoices, receipts, statements, and payment documents to customers.
- Prepare daily cash and cheque collection reports.
- Deposit collected payments to the bank on time.
- Update customer payment status and report payment issues.
- Support AR team in monitoring overdue customers.
- Help implement company policy that sales staff are not allowed to collect or keep customer payments directly without approval.
- Guide customers to pay through official company channels.
- Coordinate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Management teams.
- Travel to customers in Phnom Penh and provinces when required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in AR, collection, credit control, accounting support, or customer payment follow-up for 1 to 2 years
- Experience in trading, distribution, automotive, or lubricant business is an advantage.
- Basic Excel and reporting skills.
