Position Summary

Your Role

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram)
  • Run and optimize paid ads
  • Create and manage content plans
  • Support sales with promotions and dealer materials
  • Develop brand positioning for our lubricant products
  • Track performance and improve results (data-driven)

Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • 2–5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads / digital platforms
  • Able to plan, execute, and follow through
  • Experience in automotive, trading, or FMCG is a plus
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) is an advantage

Commercial Development Officer

Position Summary

Industry: Automotive Lubricants

Location: Phnom Penh and provinces when required

Reports To: General Manager

We are looking for a proactive and professional Commercial Development Officer to support our B2B lubricant business growth.

The role focuses on developing corporate customers such as fleet operators, logistics companies, workshops, factories, construction companies, industrial customers, garages, agricultural businesses, and other companies that use lubricants regularly.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new B2B customers.
  • Visit companies, factories, garages, fleets, workshops, and corporate buyers.
  • Build relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer follow-up reports.
  • Support B2B sales growth, customer development, and key account follow-up.
  • Collect market information on lubricant demand, competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, AR, Warehouse, and Delivery teams.
  • Follow company credit policy and payment procedures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Travel to customers in Phnom Penh and provinces when required.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Management, Engineering, Mechanical, Automotive, or related field
Work History:
  • Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, or key account support for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, spare parts, machinery, fuel, fleet services, or B2B trading is highly preferred.
  • Able to prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and basic presentations.
  • Good business mindset and willingness to learn lubricant product knowledge.
  • Able to travel for customer visits in Phnom Penh and provinces.
  • Driving license and own transportation are preferred.

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Support Officer

Position Summary

Industry: Automotive Lubricants

Location: Phnom Penh and provinces when required

We are looking for an active and responsible Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Support Officer to support our Accounting and AR team.

The role focuses on customer payment collection, overdue payment follow-up, daily collection reporting, bank deposit control, payment document management, and implementation of company payment control policy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collect cash, cheques, and other approved payments from customers.
  • Follow up with customers on due and overdue payments.
  • Deliver invoices, receipts, statements, and payment documents to customers.
  • Prepare daily cash and cheque collection reports.
  • Deposit collected payments to the bank on time.
  • Update customer payment status and report payment issues.
  • Support AR team in monitoring overdue customers.
  • Help implement company policy that sales staff are not allowed to collect or keep customer payments directly without approval.
  • Guide customers to pay through official company channels.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Management teams.
  • Travel to customers in Phnom Penh and provinces when required.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Work History:
  • Experience in AR, collection, credit control, accounting support, or customer payment follow-up for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience in trading, distribution, automotive, or lubricant business is an advantage.
  • Basic Excel and reporting skills.
  • Driving license and own transportation are preferred.
Soft Skills
  • Honest, active, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Good communication and customer follow-up skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to implement company policy firmly but professionally.
  • Able to travel in Phnom Penh and provinces.
