Marketing Assistant
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Unit, including social media management and content creation.
- Assisting in the development of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Monitoring and tracking social media analytics to provide reports on campaigns' performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Supporting the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting in the production of marketing materials, such as posters, videos, flyers, and graphics.
- Supporting in event planning and coordination for Marketing events.
- Contributing creative ideas for marketing initiatives to enhance the University’s online presence.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Media and Communication, Information and Communications Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics, such as social media marketing and email marketing.
- Ability to design marketing materials such as posters, videos, and graphics, using graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and website analytics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Self-driven and able to work in a team as well as independently.
Academic Affairs Assistant
- Provide administrative support to the Academic Affairs team, including scheduling meetings, organizing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Maintain and update student records and programs on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the management of academic policies, procedures, and the development of academic programs.
- Conduct research on academic policies and best practices in the higher education landscape and make recommendations to improve academic programs.
- Assist with coordinating academic events, such as orientation, convocation, and graduation.
- Assist faculty members in preparing course materials and assessments, and coordinate with academic staff and students to ensure a cohesive academic experience.
- Collaborate with the communication team to maintain a social media presence and disseminate academic-related information through various channels.
- Strengthen the institutional capacity for academic quality assurance compliance and assessments by supporting the implementation of internal and external quality assurance recommendations.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in record management, policy research, or instructional design is a plus.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Empathetic and approachable to working well with academic staff and students.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and collaborative work environment.
Research and Innovation Assistant
- Set up lab equipment for upcoming research experiments
- Ensure all necessary tools and materials are ready for use
- Compile data from experiments and organize it into graphs and documents
- Maintain accurate lab records
- Regularly clean and maintain lab equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Use testing items and subjects to collect results
- Monitor ongoing experiments and note any variations
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., robotics, computer science, engineering)
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a robotics or research environment
- Familiarity with automated laboratory equipment
- Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Systems
- Strong analytical judgment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Able to mentor students and teach mathematics are preferred
Lecturer of English
- Developing curriculum and course materials including syllabi, assignments, and assessment methods for the academic program and curriculum objectives and goals
- Planning and preparing lessons, including lesson plans, supplemental teaching materials and resources, tests, handouts, and assignments to be consistent with learning objectives and student needs
- Delivering effective lectures and facilitating a positive and interactive classroom environment
- Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing feedback and maintaining records of attendance, grades, discipline issues, and other information
- Participating in university meetings or events and engaging the office hours to provide academic advising and other necessary support to students
- Representing the university or interacting with parents or guardians to discuss the student’s learning progress or address any concerns from parents or students about course material or other related issues
- At least a Master’s degree in English literature, education, or closely related fields
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at higher education institutions
- Native-level proficiency in English (native speaker is preferred)
