Position Summary

Supervisor: Operation Manager of ATC

ATC is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Community Manager to lead branding, communications, and promotional strategies across all ATC Startups and Ecosystem, Talent and Leadership, and Innovation and products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about youth innovation, familiar with Cambodia’s tech and startup ecosystem, and capable of transforming program activities into impactful stories and campaigns. You will manage end-to-end marketing from strategy development and storytelling to digital content production, community engagement, and partner communication while strengthening ATC’s position as a leading innovation hub for students and early-stage founders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to promote ATC’s programs, initiatives, and ecosystem activities.
  • Create compelling content and campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with ATC’s vision and positioning.
  • Program Marketing (Initial Focus: Entrepreneurship Mentor Development Program)
  • Lead marketing efforts for Entrepreneurship Mentor Development Program as the initial priority.
  • Design targeted campaigns to attract, engage, and retain mentors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program teams to translate program value into strong storytelling and outreach.
  • Gradually expand scope to support other ATC streams and programs.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders relevant to ATC’s programs.
  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training providers.
  • Engage with tech partners, industry players, and innovation ecosystem actors to amplify ATC’s reach and impact.
  • Support co-marketing and joint initiatives with partners.
  • Content & Brand Development
  • Lead the development of high-quality content including social media, reports, success stories, and campaigns.
  • Strengthen ATC’s brand as a leading platform for startups, innovation, and talent development.
  • Capture and showcase impact stories from founders, mentors, and partners.
  • Events & Community Engagement
  • Support marketing and promotion for key events such as hackathons, incubation programs, networking events, and tech summits.
  • Drive community engagement and participation across ATC initiatives.
  • Ensure strong visibility and experience for participants and partners.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Work History:
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within startups, tech, education, or innovation ecosystems for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments (startups, institutions, partners) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer
