Tipsy Group runs its operation with several branches of restaurants (Tipsy Seafood, iFood Hot Pot and iFood Plus Restaurants) in Phnom Penh since 2015. And as part of our expansion to better serve current and future customers, we are now looking for the following position;

Location : Head Office

Working Day : Monday-Saturday Morning

Working Hour: 8:00AM-17:00PM

Duties
  • To prepare the Communication & Marketing strategic plan with the corresponding annual budget To lead market analysis and market research on competitors activities.
  • To set an agenda of posts on social media in accordance with the MD & DMD.
  • To oversee and manage all booking/inquiries/provide information to prospective customers.
  • To focus on enhancing the group brand's image through consistent messaging and strategy.
  • To train, develop and guide subordinates staff to well-performed their job.
  • To handle guest complains promptly and professionally on social media.
  • To prepare weekly and monthly reports to GM and MD.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or in Communication and/or in Graphic Design.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ work experience in a similar position in the F&B industry or similar.
  • Good knowledge of at least one advertising software.
  • Good computer literacy, Internet and e-mail.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media Wide degree of creativity attitude, team spirit and honesty
  • Show ability & skills in writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Good command in written Khmer and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
 

IT & Digital Media Supervisor (1 Position) Apply Now

Duties
  • To show a clear understanding on main social media channels and social networking.
  • To determine how often a company should post on each social channel and is responsible for replies.
  • To participate in visual design strategies and the creation of the graphic chart.
  • To support the development of the brand identity and promotional strategies To establish a conversion strategy with Online customers by following likes, complaints and concerns.
  • To follow up closely all updates regarding delivery apps.
  • To listen to, respond and engage with the customers across all channels. This increases sales and improves customer relationships through engagement.
Requirements
  • Degree and Experience in IT, Engineering and/or Communications is preferred.
  • Good knowledge (and if possible experience) in the F&B industry or similar.
  • Good computer literacy, Internet and e-mail.
  • To show ability and skills in writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing.
