Manager HR and Admin
Besides Basic Salary:

- Management: Lead and manage all tasks of human resources and administration and skills development.
- Leadership: Closely work with management and cross-functional teams to ensure company policies and regulations are effectively implemented.
- Payroll management: Oversee payroll processes and manage benefits programs to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Recruitment: Ensure to recruit qualified candidates to timely support the business operations.
- Record management: Ensure accurate and organized records of HR & Admin are maintained in accordance with policies and instructions.
- Management reports: Ensure management reports are prepared on time with accuracy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant skills.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in administration and human resources.
- Skills: Strong organizing, time management, communication skills and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Soft skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Knowledge: Understanding of HRIS and employment laws. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
