Manager, Funding

Position Summary

Reports to: Head, Treasury Department

Location: Head Office

Introduction:

To manage relationship with lenders/banks as well monitoring processes from fund disbursement till fund maturity date.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • To set up and update any policies or procedures requires for fund management;
  • Manage relationship with lenders/banks for better fund opportunity responding to company expected timeline;
  • Maintaining lender pipeline on the monthly/weekly basis to update fund status and action toward disbursement date;
  • Manage internal and external process including loan agreement and relevant documents to ensure on time fund drawdown;
  • Manage fund in T24 to ensure accuracy in repayment time, amount, and relevant reports;
  • Ensure on time and accurate payment amount will be well communicated to treasury operation for processing;
  • Managing data collection for annual DD for Lenders/Third Parties/Banks;
  • Manage and build staff capacity under supervision to make sure they can perform up to expectation;
  • Motivate, coach, and provide support to develop high performers in the team.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, or Finance and Banking, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 year experiences in fund raising;
  • Minimum 2 years in banking industry, in treasury/finance is a plus;
  • Good negotiation skill and experience, experience with agreement process will be a plus;
  • Basic computer MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email;
  • Good written and verbal communication both Khmer and English.
 
 

Manager, Financial Accounting and Analysis

Position Summary

Reports to: Head, Finance

Location: Head Office

Introduction:

To manage the team to ensure that financial close are done timely and complied to CIFRS, reports to NBC and relevant regulators are submitted timely following the regulatory/management timelines and to provide financial analysis insights to the management.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily manage team to perform bookkeeping for all transactions incurred in HQ, post accruals, post adjustments and monitor and resolve suspense account balances;
  • Close monthly accounts and produce financial account reports;
  • Produce and submit the reports to the NBC and relevant regulators i.e. NAC;
  • Manage team to have statutory accounts audited by independent auditors to ensure the reports are ready in time for review and approval by the Board;
  • Manage team to have Group accounts consolidation validated by independent auditors following the timelines set by the Group;
  • Perform financial analysis for providing financial performance insights to the management and Board;
  • Perform product ability analysis in cooperation with product/business team;
  • Ensure their sufficient controls are in place and thoroughly implemented to ensure accounts are complete and correct following CIFRS;
  • Manage, build capacity and transform Head office accountants to be strong controllers, to adopt continuous improvement principles and to transform the team toward being business partner;
  • Manage performance of all team members under supervision.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Finance and Banking or related field;
  • Minimum 03 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit;
  • ACCA qualification is a plus;
  • Experience in financial accounting and consolidation;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Good written and verbal communication both Khmer and English.
 
 

Supervisor, Digital Marketing

Position Summary

Report to: Manager, Digital Marketing

Location: Head Office

Job Introduction:

The duty of this position will work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to develop and monitor all Digital Marketing Unit’s Campaigns, Media plans, and related marketing communication.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager to develop and monitor related marketing campaigns, activities, and budgets;
  • Ensure all marketing projects adhere to agreed timelines;
  • Working with related departments and business partners to understand and articulate their objective into the development of marketing communication plan. Promote, develop and incubate measurable communication campaigns and tactics; 
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, social media, and display advertising campaign;
  • Work with content marketing and design teams to promote Amret products & Services;
  • Oversee and maintain Amret’s social media presence; 
  • Measures and reports the performance of all related marketing campaigns;
  • Analytical ability to evaluate the performance of each campaign;
  • Regularly analyze available data from the digital channel as well as others data and using these insights to drive strategies to improve communication reach and customer engagement;
  • Work closely with contact center on all campaigns and communication;
  • Act as an adviser, critical resource, and change agent with internal customers;
  • Be able to work seamlessly with colleagues, as a team, in other businesses and regions;
  • Drive creative that works and converts with demonstrable ROI;
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Supervisor, Non-Credit Operations

Position Summary

Report to: Deputy Head of Operations

Location: Head Office

Introduction:

Develop and enhance procedures, guidelines, and forms for non-credit products and other financial services.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop procedures, guidelines, and forms for new products/services (MSO etc.)
  • Improve procedures, guidelines, and forms for existing products/services (Savings, Deposit, Transfer, Bill Payment etc.)
  • Cooperate with relevant departments: Risk, Legal, Compliant, Finance, Treasury, and Commercial to make sure all controls, compliant and other rules are integrated in the procedures/guideline.
  • Work closely with IT department to provide the business requirement for system build.
  • Design Test Cases for User Acceptant Test (UAT) and Production Verification/Validation Test (PVT)’s team.
  • Provide training on new changes to Training Department (ToT).
  • Support other non-credit related projects i.e moving transactions from over the counter (OTC) to Alternative Digital Channel (ADC).
  • Support branch staff and conduct the evaluation on implementation of procedures and guidelines.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration in Banking and Finance or related field (analytics, and economy);
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operation, product developments. Experience in MFI or bank is a plus;
  • Good command of statistic and research tools & Analysis;

Supervisor, Credit Methodology and Social Environment

Position Summary

Report to: Senior Manager, Credit Policy

Location: Head Office

Job Introduction:

Execute and follow up the implementation of Environmental and Social Performance fostering high commitment from all Amret staff to make sure all E&S activities are aligned with Amret’s vision and mission and respond to stakeholders.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct E&S assessments and prepare E&S highlight reports for publication and dissemination;
  • Monitor E&S development and consult external actors to keep E&S indicators, policy and procedures updated;
  • Initiate Social Responsibility Program linkages with other actors and put forward proposals to E&S Committee and senior management for their consideration and selection;
  • Represent Amret as a member of the Social Performance Task Force to learn about the developments, the best practices, and update E&S Committee and senior management on must-do steps for being successful E&S;
  • Facilitate with lenders to ensure that Amret is well implementing Client Protection Principles (CPP) and Exclusion List;
  • Analyze and conduct market survey & intelligence to be aware gaps between existing methodology guide and implement with situation change;
  • Disseminate the Credit Risk Methodology to staff to ensure they understand the concepts and condition to implementer properly;
  • Cooperate with related departments in identifying and developing systems and training methodology guide to ensure smooth and timely product launch activities with risk mitigation;
  • Follow up and support staff to ensure proper implementation of policies and application of methodology guidelines and collection of feedback for better to modification.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, environmental science, rural development/Business Administration in Banking and Finance or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years in project management;
  • Banking product knowledge preferable;
  • Strong in analytical skills;
  • Self-motivation and team player;
  • Good computer literacy;
  • Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
