Manager, Consumer Finance (Auto Loans) (01 position)
Report to: Director, Credit Sales Department
- Lead Consumer Finance function focusing on Auto Loans products by working closely with related teams to ensure service delivery satisfaction for loan products, contribute through loan referrals.
- Develop new dealership and manage ongoing relationship by delivering volumetric and financial objectives as set out in the business plan.
- Monitor and lead team to implement marketing/sales plan, enhance sales productivity and deliver sales targets.
- Oversee daily process and performance by ensuring the sales and service qualities.
- Drive sales and service direction by working closely with related concerned department in developing market studies to assess market development and production organization, future market situation and competitor evolution, and prepare results analyses.
- Propose, plan, and develop strategies to drive target achievement focus on Auto Loans area to retain HKL’s position at the forefront of Cambodia’s Financial Sector.
- Identify key areas improvement services providing and provide coaching and training to the team.
- Act as a spokesperson of the company to join sales events or conferences and generate the business leads.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
- Bachelor degree in business or a related field.
- At least 3-year-experience of Sales and Relationship Mangement in fiancial industry including bank, MDI , MFI and leasing.
- Experience in leasing business / vihicle sale is highly prefered.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of sales development and relationship management.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Be fluent in verbal and written in English.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and skill analyzing and evaluating performance.
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team.
