JOB OVERSIGHT :
The Maintenance and Technical Manager will be a senior manager of the property, helping to oversee the operations department in addition to general maintenance, asset management, management of fire and safety systems, contractor management, and supporting the Site Property Manager where needed.
Work Hours & Salary Range:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (1h lunch break) Saturday, 8:00AM-12:00PM
- Operations & Management
- Work directly with the Site Property Manager to help implement project goals
- Assign duties to sta to implement project goals, as needed. Oversee variable aspects of ongoing projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution
- Liaise with the Site Operations Manager and other Departmental managers to maintain project schedule and e cacy
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution.
- Maintenance & Technical
- Oversee day-to-day property operations as it relates to the maintenance of all the property’s physical assets, its technical and safety systems and manage any contractors
- Work closely with tenants and sub-contractors to ensure the fit-out documentation are completed and adhere to the fit-out guides and regulations of the site.
- Ensure compliance with any and all applicable government regulations;
- Support to manage the property’s operating budget as it relates to the physical assets, FF&E, repairs, utilities and maintenance contracts, and regularly review cost centres toward e ciencies and expense savings;
- Ensure electrical and mechanical systems are fully operational and inspected according to corporate standards, regulatory requirements and manufacturers’ guidelines;
- Check that agreed building and maintenance work by team members or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies;
- Conduct regular property inspections to look for and identify any concerns, review logs, identify opportunities and ensure there are no operational abnormalities or ine ciencies; Ensure all required property reporting is completed including monthly utilities reporting;
- Respond to site reports of MEP problems and complete maintenance and repairs as required;
- Monitor site fire alarm panel regularly for proper operation and report any discrepancies;
- Be on call for allocated times for emergency response.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields Minimum 2 years’ experience in - technical/equipment maintenance, MEP, project management, building operations - or related fields

- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with email and preferably Microsoft O ce Fluent in Khmer and English (other language welcomed).
