Job Summary:
The Lower Secondary Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Cambridge curriculum. The teacher will support students' academic and personal development by fostering a positive and dynamic learning environment. Additionally, the teacher will assess student progress, contribute to extracurricular activities, and collaborate with colleagues to promote overall student success.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for lower secondary students in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Teach core subjects and promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform instruction and provide targeted support.
- Prepare students for assessments, including the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint exams.
- Create a classroom environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and collaboration.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including students requiring additional support.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities that enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary lessons and share best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area or Teaching certification, license or qualification.
- Experience teaching, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum framework.
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter and effective instructional strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical Education Teacher

Job Summary:
The PE Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate physical education lessons that promote health, fitness, and teamwork among students. The teacher will ensure the curriculum aligns with the Cambridge curriculum standards, fostering skill development and physical well-being. Additionally, the teacher will play a key role in organizing school sports events, connecting with other schools for competitions and tournaments, and preparing students to compete.
- Plan and implement a comprehensive PE curriculum in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum for students across different grade levels.
- Teach a variety of sports, fitness, and physical activities, promoting lifelong healthy habits.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, following school policies and safety guidelines.
- Assess students’ physical abilities and provide feedback to help improve their skills.
- Organize and oversee school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
- Establish connections with other schools to arrange inter-school competitions and tournaments.
- Train students to compete in various sporting events and prepare them for local and international competitions.
- Maintain and monitor physical education equipment and facilities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support students’ overall well-being and development.
- Foster an inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred and/or Teaching License.
- Strong knowledge of fitness, health education, various sports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety.
