Reporting to the Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager, the responsibilities of the Logistics Manager will include overall responsibility for the Program Logistical support and is responsible for managing and coordinating all logistical operations, procurement, purchases, and other related activities within the program. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Logistics Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans, including procurement, transportation, and distribution plans, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular stock audits to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.
- Vendor Management: Identify, select, and manage suppliers and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of the organization's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling repairs, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all organizational assets, including equipment, machinery, and facilities, and develop asset management strategies to maximize their utilization and lifespan.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the logistics budget, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of logistics activities and support services.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions, such as supply chain interruptions or transportation delays.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant Cambodian laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
- Educational Background: bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or professional training in logistics and supply chain management are advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex logistics operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in logistics management software and tools such, strong data analysis skills, and a good understanding of procurement, inventory management, and transportation principles. Experience using Asset Tiger asset management system or similar is an advantage.
- Communication and Collaboration: Good verbal (Khmer and English) and written communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and make sound decisions under pressure.
