Role Overview:
The Logistics and Fleet Officer (LFO) work as a support service to the operation in Rattanakiri (RTK) and the role is expected to work closely with the HR & Admin Officer, Finance Officer and under direct supervision from Technical Field Manager (TFM). The position is also required to liaise with the Country Office Logistics teams to ensure that the activities of NPA-RTK support services such as procurement, fleet maintenance, transportation, fuel consumption records etc is compliant with NPA logistic policies and procedures.

- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or any related field.
- At least of experience in logistics and procurement or any related field for 3 years
- Good command of English and Khmer
- Experience in logistics, fleet and procurement functions and procedures
- Experience in customs clearance.
- Relevant training related to Logistics
- Organisational skills with attention to details
- Sensitive to the needs of others
- Obtain good communication skill with multi-culture environment
- Willing to work calmly under the fast-paced environment
