Announcement Positions

Logistic Customer Service Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily communication with Customers, Shipping lines and Freight forwarders etc...
  • Follow up the shipment status (ETA) and update to customers on time.
  • Prepare the quotation and control costing & selling
  • Implement a review and risk assessment process on all SOPs and working practices to identify any unsafe practice areas for quality improvement.
  • Ensure the container delivery to customer upon shipment arrival.
  • Prepare weekly report.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
  • Good command of English & Chinese
  • At least 5 years more of experience in Logistics Industry.
  • Able to do both BD Sales and Shipping Documentation
  • Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
  • Lead and manage the logistics team and guide the work and development of team members.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members’ logistics expertise and skills.
  • Promote teamwork and communication to improve team performance and efficiency.
 
 

Import Operation

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily communication with Customers, Shipping lines and Freight forwarders etc...
  • Follow up the shipment status (ETA) and update to customers on time.
  • Prepare import document to apply at Customs House.
  • Ensure the container delivery to customer upon shipment arrival.
  • Prepare weekly import report.
  • Have knowledge of import shipment with CDC/Master list.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or other related fields.
  • Good command of English
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Logistics Industry.
  • Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
 
 

Internship

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Daily logistics operation supporting jobs
  • Support for Cross departmental communication to promote internal processes
  • Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Can Speak English (Chinese is preferred)
  • Good computer literate especially Email, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Open for graduate university students and year 4 of university
 
 

Trucking Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Follow up truck for daily status and make a report
  • Collect any truck documents such as oil receipts, maintenance receipts
  • Follow up drivers status, prepare driver bonus and attendance
  • Follow up truck daily check, weekly check, maintenance
  • Follow up truck daily check, weekly check, maintenance etc.
  • Other related Job assigned by supervisor
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Work at Sihanoukville office (Provided Accommodation)
  • Junior college or above, logistics management, car engineering, industry and commerce or other related experience etc.
  • Excellent at Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint) and Email
  • Having good ability at thinking or analyze
  • Good at communication and teamwork
  • Know English Well
  • Work meticulously, conscientiously, and responsibility.
