Local firm/Consultant to Conduct Face-to-Face Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)

Roles & Responsibilities by Position
We are seeking qualified, detail-oriented local firm/ consultant to conduct face-to-face Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) in purposive selection with 12 key partners in Battambang province. These partners include eleven District of Education Officers, and one Provincial of Education Officer. The selected local firm/ consultant will be expected to fulfill the role and responsibilities as below:
- Attend one day orientation on program implementation and the evaluation concept note.
- Develop KII tools aligned with the Thematic Areas - Implementation Fidelity and Stakeholder Perspectives, Sustainability and scalability; and relevant study questions (see the detail in the attachment). Language consent must be included.
- Share draft KII tools in both English and Khmer format with Room to Read staff for feedback
- Revising KII tools based on feedback received from Room to Read staff
- Provide training on the KII tools to their own data collection team.
- Develop a data collection schedule and data quality management plan
- Conduct KIIs with 12 assigned key partners.
- Produce transcriptions of individual KIIs in English.
- Prepare and submit a data analysis plan for the KII data; revise as required based on Room to Read’s feedback.
- Conduct data analysis in accordance to the agreed upon plan
- Prepare a first draft report and present it to the RtR-Kh management team for feedback and comments.
- Submit the final report in English.
- Maintain regular communication with Room to Read RM&E staff to report any observations or issues.
