Local Back Office Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Input Inward and Outward domestic payments / domestic cheque clearing includes its return in National Clearing House payment gateway and ensure it is accurate;
- Process Sending Outward Cheque / Receiving Inward cheque from Clearing house ;
- Perform daily inward cheque clearing balance;
- Handle daily non-cash transactions and ensure that non-cash transactions posted are balanced with customer application form;
- Issue cheque book for the customer;
- Provide administrative support;
- Other duties assigned by line manager.
- Required Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Excellent computer skills in Excel
- Required competencies:
- Discretion, integrity and rigor
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to handle multiple tasks
- Autonomous and pro-active.
