Local Back Office Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Input Inward and Outward domestic payments / domestic cheque clearing includes its return in National Clearing House payment gateway and ensure it is accurate;
  • Process Sending Outward Cheque / Receiving Inward cheque from Clearing house ;
  • Perform daily inward cheque clearing balance;
  • Handle daily non-cash transactions and ensure that non-cash transactions posted are balanced with customer application form;
  • Issue cheque book for the customer;
  • Provide administrative support;
  • Other duties assigned by line manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Required Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking)
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel
  • Required competencies:
  • Discretion, integrity and rigor
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to handle multiple tasks
  • Autonomous and pro-active.
