Announcement Description

Mega Bank is one of the largest commercial banks in Taiwan, with its head office in Taipei, Taiwan. At present, there are one branch and four sub-branches in Phnom Penh City, mainly handling loan, deposits, exchange, remittances... and other business.

Mega International Commercial Bank has become the leading bank in Taiwan with its professional foreign exchange experience, globally widely distributed operating bases and foreign exchange network, excellent asset quality and excellent operating performance.

The Bank has 108 branches (including Foreign Department) in Taiwan, and 24 branches, 6 sub-branches, and 3 representative offices (including marketing office) abroad. Together with the network are wholly-owned bank subsidiaries in Thailand, along with their branches, bringing the number of overseas outposts to 36 in total. It has manpower 6,600 and an aggregate paid-in capital of NT$85.362 billion.

Phnom Penh Chamkar Mon Sub-branch was established in February 2021 and it has manpower 10.

Position Summary

Experience Level: At least 1 year loan experience

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Promote loan products and services to customers
  • Identify and assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment
  • Explaining application process, required documents, and information related to the loan application process
  • Managing client’s service including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Perform other related duties and assigned
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • University Degree Finance Banking other fields
  • At least 1 work experience related field loan work
  • Ability work independently minimal supervision
  • Good command English Chinese
  • Computer literate including MS word, Excel , Outlook

Position Summary

Experience Level: Entry level (below 1 year experience/ no experience)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Perform over the counter services (Account opening, Withdrawal, Deposit, Check, Foreign Exchange, Internal and International fund transfer) and daily balancing.
  • Attend to customers' inquiries on the various financial products and services of the bank.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, or sales of additional products to bank customer.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Study in year II or finished bachelor degree of Banking or in any related field.
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, faithfully, self-direct and self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic Chinese communication skills.
  • Computer literate including MS word, Excel , Outlook.
