- Prepare legal documents including but not limited to perpetual lease agreement, sale and purchase agreement, land lease agreement, factory rental agreement, advisory service agreement etc.;
- Prepare documents and applications for land registrations, land transfer, land sub-divide, land combine and perpetual lease registration with the competent authorities;
- Review agreements drafted by the suppliers/partners;
- Draft and prepare letters to authorities when needed;
- Provide legal support and legal opinion to other departments when requested;
- Liaise with competent ministries and authorities for the various matters;
- Review and update the templates and checklist from time to time; and
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least experience in legal field for 2 years
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally

EHS Officer

- Assist EHS Manager on the ongoing development of the Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) and Assist Assistant Security Manager for Security program by using internal and external resources.
- Assist EHS Manager develop policies and procedures to ensure the health, safety, and security of all employees, contractors and visitors.
- Monitor the company’s operation, processes and procedures to ensure that they comply with Environment, Health and Safety regulations.
- Assist preventing and eliminating injury and illness to employees and assist companies to comply with safety procedures.
- Investigate and report on accidents and related incidents, recommending any changes
- necessary to ensure that the company complies with environment, health and safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future.
- Maintain good working relationships with insurers and other relevant authorities to ensure that the company’s interests are safeguarded and a safety, healthy working environment is maintained.
- Help in Identify, assess and manage all environmental risks associated with our operations and processes to prevent pollution, reduce waste, control emissions and use energy efficiently.
- Conduct fire drills or other emergency management drills for RGPPSEZ staff on a regular basis
- Develop, implement and enforce RGPPSEZ traffic safety plans, measures and enforcement policies
- Develop and coordinate security training programs in collaboration with relevant parties or other training providers.
- Coordinate with local authority and police investigation activities within RGPPSEZ in the event of emergencies.
- Lead root cause investigations and reports of all EHS and security Incident’s or Accidents occurring within RGPPSEZ.
- Assist in developing and implementing company’s security policy and other rules and regulations.
- Ensure completion of other tasks as assigned by senior management from time to time.
