- Meet the target of new Store Opening every year
- Researches and recommends potential new store locations for expansion within the market
- Helps develop real estate negotiation strategy and positioning
- Working on the sufficient pipeline to support the store opening
- Approach current and new developers for their upcoming projects
- Do the market research and portfolio analysis for the key competitors
- Establish a great relationship with our all-cross-functional partners from all relevant offices to positively influence decision makings
- Keep track of retail market trends and update to Leasing Manager on a weekly basis
- Administrative tasks include lease agreements, renewal agreements, and termination agreements.
- Traveling inside and outside Phnom Penh city, including Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, etc.
- Support store operation to smoothly handle conflict with the landlord.
- Other tasks as per assigned by superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
- Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience in real estate retail sector
- Real estate negotiations, fast learner, and high flexibility
- Problem solving skills
- Build good relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and relevant government authorities
- Ensure quality control standards for real estate transactions
- Keep track of competitor expansion
- Conduct a tour site visit in Phnom Penh and other provinces
- Keep good teamwork with internal and external smoothly
- Ability to work outside the office
- Ability to work outside office business hours to make sure the assigned tasks are completed by the deadline.
