The Capacity Specialists is looking for a Learning & Performance Supervisor with experience in L&D or Training and who is keen to learn, adaptable, innovative and cares about results, to help support its continued success in revolutionising L&D in Cambodia.
- As a Learning & Performance Supervisor you will:
- Manage service delivery to ensure client expectations are met
- Support the service delivery team for positive results
- Handle enquiries from new clients and recommend solutions that match their needs
- Work on proposals to meet client needs
- Develop your L&D, L&P and Learning Facilitation skills
- Support the management team in identifying & delivering new and effective learning solutions
Learning Support Officer

The Capacity Specialists is looking for a Learning Support Officer with experience in either Training or Education who is keen to learn, adaptable, innovative and cares about results, to help support its continued success in revolutionising L&D in Cambodia.
As a Learning Support Officer you will:
- Assist with scheduling and planning of training services
- Manage all tasks in workshop/program checklist on days where the training venue is used including attendance, payments and others
- Record and analyse training evaluations
- Support Learning Assistant for workshop delivery tasks
- Do other related tasks required to support the team
