The Capacity Specialists is looking for a Learning & Performance Supervisor with experience in L&D or Training and who is keen to learn, adaptable, innovative and cares about results, to help support its continued success in revolutionising L&D in Cambodia.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • As a Learning & Performance Supervisor you will:
  • Manage service delivery to ensure client expectations are met
  • Support the service delivery team for positive results
  • Handle enquiries from new clients and recommend solutions that match their needs
  • Work on proposals to meet client needs
  • Develop your L&D, L&P and Learning Facilitation skills
  • Support the management team in identifying & delivering new and effective learning solutions
