Khmer General Education(KGE) Program Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Khmer and Math curriculum across all primary school sites. The role ensures high teaching and learning standards by supporting teacher development, conducting classroom observations, facilitating training, and collaborating with team leaders. The role works closely with the Education Department to align the Khmer General Education (KGE) program and maintain updated student records. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of education and student outcomes while upholding CCF’s mission and values.
Key liaison: School management team, admin, academic team

- Curriculum Development: Design and update the Khmer and Math curriculum, ensuring alignment with national and CCF standards.
- Program Planning: Create and manage Long Term and Medium Term Plans (LTP & MTP) to guide effective lesson delivery.
- Teacher Training: Organize and lead professional development sessions for Khmer and Math teachers.
- Classroom Monitoring: Conduct regular observations to assess and improve teaching practices and student learning.
- Teacher Support: Provide coaching and assistance to teachers based on their Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Assessment Oversight: Review and improve teacher planning, assessment tools, and methodology.
- Student Learning Evaluation: Observe student progress and recommend strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Event Coordination: Facilitate contests, field trips, and learning events to enrich the student learning experience.
- Liaison with Education Department: Update student lists and ensure program compliance with the KGE program.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with relevant teams and provide monthly program progress reports.
- Ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
- Bachelor degree in Khmer subject area is preferable;
- Pedagogy certificate for primary school (or secondary, with demonstrated experience in primary education);
- Demonstrate understanding and application of teaching and learning assessment principles, or Proven ability to design and deliver effective teacher training;
- Good communication skills of written and/or oral. (English/Khmer);
- Knowledge ICT skills (Microsoft word and Excel, internet and Email);

- Working Days/Hours: 07:30am-12:00pm and 01:30pm-05:00pm from Monday to Saturday(full-time)
