Working hours:
- Morning shift: 7am - 7pm (Cambodia time)
- Night shift - 7pm - 7am (Cambodia time)
- What would you be doing:
- Assist customer service in solving problems related to transactions. Investigate complaints and request further documents from customers if needed to aid in investigation.
- Conduct transaction verification for both inbound and outbound transactions such as refunds. Ensure that transactions are correct and proceed to refunds to eligible customers.
- Escalate issues to relevant departments to handle specialised customer complaints.
- Promptly report emerging and recurring issues.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Experience Requirement:
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skill Requirement:
- Capable of working 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule with 4 rest days per month.
- Familiarity with customer service principles, relevant computer applications, and administrative procedures.
- Computer : Proficient MS (Word Excel), internet, email.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, document, and present root causes and corrective actions.
- Well-versed in Khmer and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
