Junior Project Officer (2 Positions)
Employment start: August 2024
- Support in developing strategic planning, implementing current and new interventions of ISA, and ensuring project deliverables.
- Work and communicate regularly with key stakeholders in the national and provincial government, local and national private sector players to optimize the result of the intervention.
- Provide administrative supports for the project activity including organizing external events with public-private sector, preparing financial framework, field reports, and related program documents.
- Support in assessing project risks and challenges and contribute to provide solutions where applicable.
- Support the intervention team to monitor and assess overall activity implementation as per standards and procedures established by ISA under the Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) system.
- Occasional travel to the field locations to support on implementation and assessment of intervention activities.
- Support other duties as required by Swisscontact as defined by the Deputy Team Leader and Project Coordinator.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development/ Business Administration/ Economics/Agronomy or other relevant subjects
- Fresh University graduates are welcomed to apply
- 1-year equivalent of relevant working experience (if any)
- Ability to work independently, with high motivation, responsibility, and professionalism to deliver programme activities to a good standard
- Fluent in Khmer and with advanced English
- Computer and digital literacy especially on Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Willingness to work as team with commitment and ambition to contribute to sustainable and inclusive economic development in Cambodia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude, open-minded and willing to learn things
