The Royal Government of Cambodia has approved the implementation of the Financial Sector Development Program. In support of this initiative, the Program is recruiting two (2) positions of Project Coordinator (Junior) (MEF-TF-PC-1 and MEF-TF-PC-2) and one (1) position of Finance Assistant (MEF-TF-FA-1) to support the Department of Multilateral Cooperation (DMC), General Department of International Cooperation and Debt Management (GDICDM), Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
GDICDM now invites expressions of interest from qualified and experienced individual national consultants to undertake the aforementioned assignments, as outlined in the respective Terms of Reference (TORs). The TORs can be downloaded from: the link or the link The selection of consultants will be carried out in accordance with the Government’s Standard Operating Procedures (Revised December 2019).
Interested national consultants are requested to submit an expression of interest, including a cover letter, and an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a recent photograph, with personal and technical skills, educational background, professional experience in similar assignments, and names of referees with contact information (e-mail address, and telephone numbers).
The duty station for the assignments is Phnom Penh, at the MEF/GDICDM. The initial contract duration is one (1) year on a full-time basis, including a probationary period of three (3) months. Subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement, the contract may be renewed annually.
