Junior Monitoring and Results Measurement Officer (1 Position)
Employment start: June 2025
- Support on maintaining overall program MRM system management, primary online monitoring system (EMON) and live dashboard. Contract and manage external consultant to develop EMON system
- Utilize MRM tools such as results chains, measurement plans, key performance indicators, and monitoring tasks, as well as provide trainings to project team members
- Support on conducting evaluation to measure beneficiary impact and system change that is being achieved under 3Ei
- Support and Coordinate the collection and entry of MRM related data and communicating MRM data in real time.
- Support project lead and teams to report programme result numbers in donor and external reports
- Work closely with the Donors’ Monitoring and Evaluation team
- Support the team to conduct impact assessment for interventions and support on baseline and end-state assessment of the implementation (where skills applicable)
- Contribute to 3Ei meetings, and participate in Swisscontact capacity development activities
- Perform other duties as required by Swisscontact and defined by the project lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration/ Social Science/ Business Administrations/ Tourism/ Agriculture or relevant subjects
- 1-2 years of professional work experiences in MRM, M&E or similar capacity. Eexperience (can be internships) with Swisscontact will be preferred but not necessary
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective partnerships with programme teams
- Sound numeracy and analytical skills and experience in coordinating interdisciplinary project teams preferred
- Capability on written and oral communication skills in Khmer and English
- Ability to adapt and work in a multicultural and diverse environment with and without supervision
- Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Experience in using Power Business Intelligence (Power-BI), PowerApps, Microsoft 365 would be considered a strong asset.
Project Officer (1 Position)
Employment start: June 2025
- Lead the implementation of activities under the pillar/intervention area under the guidance of Lead Intervention
- Lead and provide support on financial and administrative progress of responsible pillar/intervention area.
- Coordinate the organisation and implementation of various form of events and activities (workshop, meetings, trainings etc.)
- Contribute to the efforts of building and strengthen existing and new relationships with partners and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate and facilitate with donors, partners, and different institutions to ensure smooth implementation of the activities.
- Work with MRM team to fulfil monitoring and evaluation activities for donors and Swisscontact internal M&E
- Conduct information gathering and research as required to enhance the implementation of the activities
- Prepare and contribute guidance documents, reports, and other relevant documents.
- Support on HR, Admin and Finance duties and responsibilities as required.
- Support in other tasks required by the line manager or management team.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or entrepreneurship or another relevant subject.
- Possess knowledge and experiences in entrepreneurship, start-up, business development and innovation.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in working with project and event management, relevant to entrepreneurship is desirable.
- Strong communication and partner relationship management skill
- Ability to work independently, with high motivation, responsibility, and professionalism to deliver work activities to a good standard.
- Ability to work with high flexibility and to adapt to different working styles of different stakeholders.
- Fluent in Khmer and with advanced English
- Computer literacy including internet/e-mail, office application (words, excels, PowerPoint etc). A tech savvy personality is desired
