Junior Business Development Officer (1 Position)

- Assist with market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads (including researching media outlets and organizations for new business opportunities)
- Assist in preparing proposals for clients and participate in developing marketing materials
- Prepare matter description summaries in English, for submission to legal directories
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Organise firm BD events
- Develop client acquisition and retention programs
- Attend and represent the firm at conferences, networking and industry events
- Coordinate and work with external partners on firm BD initiatives and activities
- Assist in managing and monitoring the firm’s matter management system (including data entry and overseeing and monitoring data entry of junior assistants)
- Prepare social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), Youtube, and Website announcements, including photos and videos
- Analyse social media and website engagements
- Assist in other administrative works
- High proficiency in English and Khmer with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, or related field
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role
- Good computer and Microsoft Office literacy
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills is a plus
- Professional attitude and ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policies and guidelines
- Detail and solution-oriented, well organized
- AI Knowledge and digital savvy
- Ability to work well within a team setting and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced & multi cultural environment
