- Lead, design and implement initiatives related to entrepreneurship-building activities
- Build partnerships with relevant stakeholders including but not limited to government agencies, development partners, corporate partners, experts, and other marine fishery value chain actors
- Closely working with start-ups, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), community-protected areas, and fishery communities in the coastal areas
- Review and evaluate funding proposals related to entrepreneurship cultural promotions, capacity upgrading, business networking, access to the market, and financing
- Monitor the progress of the funding program, and ensure that fund requirements are met
- Lead preparation program implementation report consolidated success stories of the program
- Organize and coordinate programs, including agenda proposals, invitations to all stakeholders, event management

- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field
- Project planning, project management, budget planning, and stakeholder management for 3 years as a minimum
- Fundamental knowledge of the Cambodian SME and Startup ecosystem.
- Proficiency in using enterprise management and monitoring systems.
- Background in private sector development, enterprise formulation, SME/Startup development, and/or market system development is highly desirable.
- Good command of both Khmer and English.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver results.
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Entrepreneurship Innovation Specialist

- Develop the entrepreneurship strategy and roadmap, and support the division's annual budget planning.
- Initiate, lead, and oversee the execution of entrepreneurship development programs.
- Evaluate program proposals related to business capacity upgrading, negotiate terms, and formulate funding recommendations.
- Coordinate and conduct partner orientation sessions with relevant teams.
- Perform ecosystem analysis or mapping to identify opportunities for strategic local and international partnerships.
- Conduct due diligence on support-seeking entities and review project partnership proposals to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions for program implementation.
- Monitor the progress of funded programs and ensure adherence to all funding requirements.
- Lead the production of program implementation reports and compile program success stories.

- Support administrative functions, logistics coordination, and facility arrangements, including venue setup and resource preparation for programs and events.
- Assist in coordinating program activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for various programs.
- Communicate with program participants and stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about programs.
- Support social media and marketing efforts to promote programs.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and managing correspondence.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Undergraduate Degree in or recent graduate of a Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in program management or a related field is preferred.
