Senior Graphic Designer
Position Circumstances

The Senior Designer is responsible for developing creative concepts and high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns. The role works closely with marketing, content, and project teams to ensure designs meet client and business requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and design materials for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, landing pages, display ads, email marketing, and other promotional assets.
- Translate marketing briefs into effective visual communications that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Produce, adapt, and finalize design assets for multiple digital platforms and formats.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and project teams to ensure creative outputs meet business and client requirements.
- Review design work and make revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Maintain quality control, consistency, and attention to detail across all visual materials.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring timely delivery.
- Plan and manage the creative team’s schedule to support smooth workflow and on-time project completion.
- Monitor the quality of creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior designers to help develop their skills and performance.
- Stay current with design trends, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve content creation efficiency, streamline workflows, and support creative production.
- Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for handover or publication.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good is required
- Khmer - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design is preferred
Work History:
- Graphic design, digital design, or a similar creative role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising environment for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant creative tools.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and conceptual design skills.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and digital content standards.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work is required.
Soft Skills
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive with a willingness to learn and improve.
