Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safety & Emergency Lead preparations for large-scale outage/restoration and complex operations, hazard analysis and on-site supervision; lead emergency response and minimize plant downtime; organize safety activities, seasonal safety inspections, safety assessments and near-miss control
- Planning & Reporting Develop the "Two-Measures" Plan and annual/quarterly/monthly work plans and oversee implementation; sign and submit reports and summaries on schedule; strong budgeting and reporting skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Relative skill certification
- Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience in utility-scale solar plant operations and maintenance (or related technical field such as power plant, substation, transmission and distribution) — source text truncated at "transmission,"
- Technical Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, substations, SCADA, and grid interconnection requirements; familiar with on-site operation procedures, emergency response plans, typical operation tickets and "Two-Tickets"
- Maintenance Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs; organize equipment maintenance and regular inspection of safety tools, fire protection, communication and living facilities; maintain civilized production
- Performance Experience with performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and plant optimization to maximize availability and energy yield; chair fault/abnormality/operation analysis meetings
- Data & Software Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and O&M management software; manage staff training and computer system applications
Soft Skills
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a station team; implement job responsibilities, formulate fair/open/impartial assessment rules and run monthly performance assessments; strong leadership and contractor management skills
- Communication Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders, utilities, and regulatory authorities
