The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing TABLESIDE’s event operations from preparation, managing event crew, equipment, logistics and on-site client coordination.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate operational requirements for confirmed events.
- Prepare event schedules, checklists, staffing plans and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate event setup, service and pack-down.
- Lead, brief and supervise event crew during events.
- Ensure high standards of food & beverage service, presentation and guest experience.
- Work closely with the Sales & Partnerships Executive to ensure confirmed client requirements are properly delivered.

Languages:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work History:
- Event Manager / Event Supervisor in Hospitality Management for 1 year is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, catering, or event operations preferred
- Operations: Knowledge of event setup, service operations, food safety, hygiene, and equipment handling
- Management: Able to supervise event crew, coordinate schedules, and manage event logistics
Soft Skills

- Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
