Project Operations Intern (2 Positions)

Position Summary

Level: Internship (3 to 6 months)

Report to: Project Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Role Objective:

Support the arrangement and coordination of daily operational tasks to ensure that all project activities (training, workshops, digital assessments) are implemented smoothly, accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing logistical arrangements for project training sessions, workshops, and meetings (booking venues, preparing materials, and sending invitation letters).
  • Communication and Monitoring: Communicate directly with enterprise owners (SMEs) and relevant partners to collect information, track progress, and ensure they receive sufficient information about the project.
  • Project Administrative Support: Assist in preparing work schedules, drafting agendas, and compiling project-related administrative documents for the secure Digital Vault.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Economic Development, or a related field
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in using computers (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Proficiency in English Language (Listening, Speaking and Writing).
Soft Skills
  • Highly Disciplined: Ability to listen, understand, and strictly follow guidelines (SOPs) without taking shortcuts.
