Position Summary

We are looking for a qualified, empathetic, and dedicated candidate to join our core team as a Health Facilitator / Medical Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the vital bridge connecting Cambodian patients with world-class healthcare services at Apollo Hospital in Kolkata, India.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Patient & Hospital Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Cambodian patients, medical specialists, and the administrative team at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata.
  • Medical Coordination: Manage patient inquiries, coordinate doctor appointments, transfer medical records, and clarify treatment plans for patients.
  • Hospital Ecosystem Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Apollo Hospital’s specialties, infrastructure, and international patient procedures to guide patients effectively.
  • Travel & Visa Facilitation: Guide and assist patients through the medical visa application process, travel logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly updates and progress reports to the hospital management team.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent is required
  • English - Good is required
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree as a minimum
Work History:
  • Customer Service / Patient Care / Healthcare Administration in Medical and Healthcare Services Providers for 1 to 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
Soft Skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive medical situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage documentation (visas, medical reports) efficiently.
  • Must exhibit the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and medical ethics.
