International Hiring Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for international teachers and staff;
- Post job announcements and source qualified international candidates;
- Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Communicate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process;
- Conduct reference and background checks when required;
- Coordinate interview feedback and candidate selection with relevant departments;
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate employment contracts for successful candidates;
- Collect and verify required documents from international candidates;
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and other required employment documentation;
- Coordinate pre-arrival preparation and onboarding for newly hired international staff;
- Follow up with line managers on newly recruited staff during the probation period;
- Regularly update international vacancies, candidate records, and recruitment progress;
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified international candidates for current and future vacancies;
- Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies, recruitment partners and other sources;
- Provide regular updates on international recruitment progress and staffing needs;
- Ensure recruitment activities follow the school’s policies and procedures;
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employment information;
- Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

Recruitment Supervisor

Reports to Recruitment Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Candidate Management:
- Prepare and post job announcements through approved recruitment channels.
- Source and screen candidates based on approved job requirements and qualifications.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates, line managers, and management.
- Communicate with candidates by phone, email, or other approved communication channels regarding interviews, recruitment status, and required documentation.
- Conduct reference and employment background checks when required.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on pending candidates and ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required timeline.
- Selection and Hiring:
- Coordinate interview evaluations and collect feedback from relevant interviewers.
- Prepare candidate information and salary proposals for management review and approval.
- Communicate approved employment offers to successful candidates.
- Collect and verify required employment documents before onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts and other required employment documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment and candidate records.
- Onboarding and Probation Coordination:
- Coordinate with line managers and relevant departments to prepare for new employees before their first working day.
- Support new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure line managers prepare appropriate orientation and probation plans for newly recruited employees.
- Follow up with line managers on the performance and progress of new employees during probation.
- Maintain probation tracking records and follow up on upcoming probation evaluations.
- Coordinate final probation evaluations and required documentation before confirmation or other employment decisions.
- Recruitment Planning and Reporting:
- Maintain and regularly update vacancy lists, candidate records, and recruitment progress.
- Monitor urgent and priority vacancies and provide regular recruitment updates to the Recruitment Manager.
- Monitor recruitment sources and recommend effective channels for attracting qualified candidates.
- Ensure recruitment documents and recruitment records are properly filed and updated.
- Recruitment Team Support and Supervision:
- Support and guide recruitment staff in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up.
- Monitor assigned recruitment targets and recruitment progress.
- Review recruitment work to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and timely completion.
- Provide coaching and practical support to junior recruitment staff when required.
- Escalate recruitment challenges, difficult cases, and significant delays to the Recruitment Manager.
- Perform other recruitment-related duties assigned by the Recruitment Manager.

Operations Manager

Reports to School Director
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise Operations Supervisor in the daily operations;
- Verify daily admin duties in the office, including food request, daily operation supplies requests, etc.;
- Supervise and monitor on a day to day to the teams of housekeeping, facility, and security teams to ensure the quality standards of the school;
- Ensure daily cleanup of the campus and ongoing maintenance of buildings;
- Supervise daily students pick-up and drop-off;
- Ensure the secure and safety of buildings for employees and students;
- Verify monthly budget plan for the teams of housekeeping, facility, and security teams;
- Lead, motivate, and supervise operations supervisor, operations executive, housekeeping, facility, and security teams to work effectively and efficiently in order meet the school standard;
- Assist School Director in managing and planning strategies for the school cafeteria service standard in order to achieve high satisfaction level from students;
- Assist School Director in developing, implementing, and reviewing operational standards, policies, and procedures;
- Assist School Director in ensuring full compliance with SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow any tasks assigned by School Director.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Control inventory of office equipment, students’ study materials, school’s vending machine, and other orders;
- Check the quality of office equipment, students’ study materials, and other orders from the suppliers as well as on the markets;
- Review quotation and invoice from suppliers and external partners;
- Purchase the orders and process the payments to suppliers;
- Maintain the updated records of invoices and receipts from suppliers;
- Journalize all expense transactions into QuickBooks,
- Data entry;
- Invoicing.
- Keep record of staff attendance and make report;
- Other tasks assigned by Accounting and Finance Manager.
