To establish, develop and grow the EAMU Professional Training Academy as a leading provider of practical management, leadership and professional development programmes for corporations and working professionals.
The role is primarily responsible for building the Academy as a sustainable training business, while also personally delivering selected training programmes and developing a network of professional trainers and industry experts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Academy Development & Business Building
- Establish and develop the Academy
- Develop training products
- Develop corporate clients
- Build corporate partnerships
- Develop the trainer network
- Manage Academy operations and quality
- Achieve business targets
- Training & Facilitation
- Personally deliver training
- Develop training materials
- Facilitate executive and corporate learning
- Key Performance Indicators
- Number of corporate clients secured
- Training revenue generated

Languages:

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree is required
Work History:
- Management, Consulting, Training or Business Development for 5 to 10 years is required
