Accounting Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

The position is for Female Only

Benefits up to $ 20,000 per year

Salary: Up to $1,500 per month and annual bonus: $2,000 per year

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review budgets and monitor actual expenses.
  • Oversee daily revenue, expenses, bank deposits, cash
  • withdrawals, and petty cash.
  • Ensure accurate accounting records and proper supporting
  • documentation.
  • Review bookkeeping records and taxation reports
  • prepared by external accounting firms.
  • Review school fee calculations and ensure accurate
  • bank reconciliation.
  • Review and process payments to suppliers and
  • contractors.
  • Review inventory usage and purchase requests to ensure
  • proper use of company funds and resources.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial
  • closing reports.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of revenue, expenses, cash
  • on hand, and bank balances.
  • Prepare payroll and review NSSF payments according to
  • the required timeline.
  • Liaise with external Tax Advisors and Accounting Firms
  • for monthly and annual tax and accounting compliance.
  • Review monthly financial reports, conduct financial
  • analysis, and present reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
  • and follow up on audit findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the preparation of annual Profit & Loss
  • (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Tax on Profit (TOP) declarations.
  • Prepare annual budget forecasts and cash flow
  • forecasts in collaboration with school management.
  • Review accounting procedures to ensure transparency,
  • proper internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting and
  • taxation requirements.
  • Perform other accounting and financial duties as
  • assigned.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Good is required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
Work History:
  • Experience in the related field for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Accounting & Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Experience in school is a plus;
Soft Skills

Senior Accountant

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

The position is for Female Only

Report to Accounting and Finance Manager

Benefits up to $ 14,000 per year

Salary: Up to $1,000 per month and annual bonus: $1,500 per year

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the records of revenues and expenses are in compliance with the taxation law.
  • Ensure accurate payments and maintain accurate records of all bank, cash and petty cash payment.
  • Work closely with management team to generate budgets forecast and financial planning and report to the board.
  • Monitor and review the budget allocation approved by the board.
  • Produce monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with the taxation law and report to the board.
  • Present monthly reports, budget and annual reports to the board.
  • Develop and support administrative functionality of the account and finance department members.
  • Oversee monthly bank reconciliation, cash payment, cheques and bank transfer.
  • Complete monthly tax returns and other administrative compliance with the Taxation.
  • Review revenues and accurate records of the transaction in the accounting system.
  • Review expenses forms, delivery notes and petty cash forms.
  • Regularly review internal control to ensure compliance and identify risk and prevention measures.
  • Manage and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Conduct spot check on suppliers and market prices
  • Set annual goals and staff professional development plans
  • Attend management meetings and other professional development sessions
  • Perform other tasks related to the account and finance department.

Deputy Front Office Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Report to Front Office Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Line manager of an assigned group of Front Office Supervisors to ensure they perform up to the standards of the position and meet the school goals;
  • Be able to initiate new strategy to increase student enrollment, payment collection and parent satisfaction of the school services and Manage to achieve the monthly set target of student enrollment;
  • Perform other tasks related to FO Management assigned by the school director.
  • Be responsible of a group of classes like a Front Office Supervisor and below is the main duty as a front office supervisor:
  • Ensure the good parent satisfaction via good communication with parent of the assigned classes;
  • Ensure correct information in the parent profile file of the assigned class in the monthly basic;
  • Ensure parents are satisfied with the school services, the school program, activities, and school meals;
  • Ensure professional, efficient and timely home communication of the assigned classes;
  • Be able to satisfy parents when parents have inquiry or complaint about student learning, well-being, school fees, school policies or other inquiries and have track record on parent complaint and suggestion for improvement,
  • Ensure all payments are collected per scheduled and with compliance per management guidelines and school policy;
  • Receive visitor to achieves the set target for enrolments and participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long-term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents;
  • Serve as Line manager of Teaching assistants of the assigned classes that included but not limited to monitor and evaluate the teaching assistants of the assigned classes to ensure they perform well up to the positions and school standards;
  • Keep updated record of student list with allergy, parent profile, student withdrawal and new enrollment, visitor list, number of sickness and incident and ensure student enrollment form are complete by the student start school;
  • Lead initiatives and collaborate with faculty and student affair supervisor to improve parent satisfaction and strengthen home school partnership and parent satisfaction about the school services;
  • Allocate TAs and Assist during drop off and pick up time to ensure smooth transition;
  • Coordinate parent-teacher meetings as per parent/faculty request;
  • Supervise meal time and visit assigned classrooms and take actions to improve school services (meals, classroom hygiene, tidiness and safety)

Front Office Supervisor

Position Summary

Report to : Front Office Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact between school and home about attendance, lateness, schedule, school program, etc.;
  • Ensure efficient and timely home communication of the assigned classes;
  • Filter parent inquiry and respond to parent inquiry about student learning, school life, school fees, and other inquiries and report parent feedback on weekly and monthly basis;
  • Lead initiatives and collaborate with faculty and Academic Class Supervisor to improve home school partnership and parent satisfaction about the school service;
  • Ensure efficient drop off and pick up;
  • Coordinate parent-teacher meetings as per parent/faculty request;
  • Supervise meal time and lead initiatives to improve school foods
  • Keep record of student incident and sickness;
  • Collect fees payment and admission;
  • Assist Front Office Manager to achieve the set target of student enrollment;
  • Keep record of student enrollment and family information;
  • Assist Front Office Manager in the daily operations to meet and exceed the parent expectations and requirements;
  • Assist Front Office Manager in the overall improvement of parent satisfaction/school program and activities;
  • Work with Front Office Manager to supervise the teaching team of the assigned classes/program to ensure the high rate of parent satisfaction of the assigned classes/program;
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of the daily, short term and long term plans to increase the current parent satisfaction and attract new parents;
  • Execute other tasks requested by Front Office Manager.
