As Digital Marketing and Media Lead, you will lead Marie Stopes International Cambodia’s (MSIC) digital marketing work, ensuring MSIC is reaching existing and potential clients online with messaging on MSIC’s services, with the ultimate aim to drive client footfall to MSIC healthcare service delivery points. You will design and implement MSIC’s digital strategy and be responsible for creating content that can be used on a variety of digital platforms, including MSIC’s website, and social media channels.
- Digital Marketing Strategy Design and Implementation
- Review the MSIC marketing strategy and annual plan, design and implement the strategy/plan focused on digital marketing
- Keep up-to-date with trends in population digital behaviour and new digital marketing approaches
- Keep up-to-date with MSI’s global marketing guidelines and ensure MSIC is compliant where necessary
- Propose and execute new ways of creating and distributing content that enables MSIC to reach more clients with information and sell more MSIC healthcare services
- Implement and monitor MSIC digital campaigns by developing and uploading content in line with the digital marketing strategy
- Support the MSIC contact centre staff to check MSIC social media profiles, including answering questions and inquiries from our clients when necessary
- Design approaches to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of MSIC’s digital marketing campaigns/content and take on board findings to design future approaches
- Create monthly reports on MSIC’s digital marketing activities and results and present these to internal stakeholders when necessary
- Ensure any donor deliverables in relation to digital marketing are delivered on time and on budget.
- Creation of digital content and social media management
- Create content for digital platforms and on occasions, work with creative/marketing/graphic design agencies
- Develop content and keep the MSIC website up-to-date
- Manage MSIC owned social media channels (Facebook, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business) and ensure audiences are engaged
- Run results-driven paid and/or organic digital campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- When necessary, take photos, film footage and carry out editing

- Manage media relations, including relationships with journalists and influencers for review, stories, press releases, and interviews
- Manage all media requests. Answer inquiries from the media and ensure that messages are in line with the MSIC brand and message
- Actively connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories/ads about MSIC and relevant sexual and reproductive health news
- If required, orient MSIC spokespeople on managing interviews and other media related-activities.

Community Engagement Officer

The Community Engagement Officer’s purpose is to deliver effective strategies and activities to ensure strong community engagement and partnerships with community groups and individuals in 2 provinces-Siem Reap, and Kampong Thom. In particular, the role will seek and deliver increased engagement and referrals among potential and existing clients including women of reproductive age, youth, adolescents and people with disabilities. With effective strategies in place, the work of this role will result in increased demand for our services across all channels within the communities served. This role will also maintain MSIC local referral networks and relationships with NGO partners, and local authorities.

Contact Centre Counsellor

Marie Stopes International Cambodia provides family planning and sexual reproductive health services across clinics, quality assured network of private providers and public health facilities. Clients are referred to providers in this network through a variety of channels including the Contact Centre which provides information and advice to clients before referring them.
The purpose of the Contact Centre is to serve as a central point of contact for clients by providing information and increasing awareness of Marie Stopes services. The Contact Centre Counsellor will be responsible for providing high-quality counselling, support and information to Marie Stopes clients.
- Provision of counselling, support, information and referrals to Marie Stopes clients
- Provide medical and general level of counselling and relevant information to clients who access Marie Stopes through our Contact Centre on reproductive health and related issues
- Answer inbound requests promptly and in accordance with established procedures
- Respond to emails, online webchat, online apps and private social media messages such as Facebook on a regular and timely basis
- Understand and interpret callers’ complaints/or suggestions accurately
- Escalate medical emergencies and queries as appropriate, including to the relevant Marie Stopes clinic.

The role of the Assistant Video Editor is to assist the production of engaging, attractive, innovative content video materials for online and offline platforms following Marie Stopes International Cambodia (MSIC) brand identity and brand book/guidelines. He/she will also design some materials and content needed for overall marketing and communication use.

The Clinical Quality Assurance officer - MS Ladies is required to provide high-level clinical quality assurance and training support to the MSI Cambodia - MS Ladies service delivery channels. This role is responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of family planning, safe abortion and other sexual and reproductive health services to ensure MSI Cambodia clients are able to realise their plans to have children by choice and not by chance.
- QA planning and support
