Sales and Marketing Manager
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains productive sales organization, creates policies and procedures for departmental operations.
- Hires and supervises inside sales personal and field sales representatives; monitors activities and achievement of sales quotas, assists and supports sales personal and reps as necessary; creates incentive programs.
- Develops initial training programs for new personal and provides ongoing training for all sales personal and representatives.
- Assists in development of sales and marketing strategies with Management and provides appropriate sales programs, promotions, efforts, and events including goal setting.
- Prepares written reports of sales activities including sales orders, backlog, forecasts, lost accounts, actual sales to plan, etc. provides timely briefings to management as necessary or as requested.
- Prepares product literature, price catalogs, references, and other data to customer as required.
- Works with credit department to establish new accounts, assists customer in preparing and processing credit arrangements paperwork.
- Work with department heads or staff to discuss contracts, selection of advertising media, products to be advertise, and other marketing-related events and issues.
- Gather, organize, and analyze information (market behavior, trends, competition, etc.,) to plan advertising campaigns.
- Advise with respect to new products and existing product improvements.
- Plan advertising, including determining in which media to advertise (e.g radio, television, print, online/mobile, billboards, social media).
- Negotiate advertising contracts.
- Inspect layouts, which are sketches or plans for an advertisement.
- Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings.
- Develop pricing strategies.
- Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff (and/or contractors/freelancers) and oversee their activities.

Admin & HR Supervisor
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR & Admin policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, procedures and guideline to ensure HR functions are effectively and efficiently managed,
- Manage and oversee recruitment and selection process (posing Job Ads, short-listing, screening candidates, interviewing, selecting, negotiating the offers, hiring) is met the company requirement,
- Manage all legal compliances for human resource requirements (quota, work permit, staff declaration, shop steward, VISA extension…etc.),
- Manage and oversee new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Manage and oversee off-boarding process (exit interview…etc.),
- Manage and oversee company fixed assets record and report to ensure its properly done as required from time to time,
- Manage monthly employees’ payroll,
- Manage and monitor company’s vehicle annual tax and renewal any agreement on time and properly,
- Manage and monitor company internal memo/announcements,
- Provide counseling on policies, discipline and procedures to employees
- Assist in coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews

- Monitor office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Assist in managing the general admin tasks and lead the team
- Manage and monitor repair and construction related to company building,
- Organize all company events (parties and annul trip…etc.)
