Job Purpose
To coordinate and align the organization’s project plans with multiple partners to support training implementation and data collection activities. This role serves as a key liaison between the organization and partners, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of activities, accurate data gathering, and alignment with agreed objectives, timelines, and standards.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with multiple stakeholders in an education or training environment.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners.

- Conduct regular check-in meetings to align partners' needs with organization’s goals.

Business Development Officer

Responsible for managing EBC’s Learning Management System (IOMAD + Moodle), network infrastructure, and server systems to ensure platform stability, security, and performance. Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager.

- LMS Administration: In-depth experience configuring, updating, and maintaining IOMAD and Moodle platforms, including plugin management, custom themes, role mapping, and permission schemes.
- Network & Systems Engineering: Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting MikroTik routers, managed switches, and Network Attached Storage (NAS) systems; strong command of network protocols (VLAN, DHCP, Routing, VPN).
- System Security & Integrity: Proven ability to implement LMS access controls, manage network security, set up automated NAS backup routines, and patch software vulnerabilities.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Competency in extracting LMS metrics, tracking user activity, analyzing system performance, and synthesizing raw data into actionable insights.
- Technical Support & Escalation: Advanced tier-2/tier-3 troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex system errors and interface effectively with external software developers.

This role is responsible for end-to-end script development—from concept and research to treatments and final revisions—working closely with the Producer to align with show format and tone. Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager.

- Work closely with the Producer to understand the show, format tone and characters.
- Draft scripts, present to the Producer and be able to take constructive comments professionally.
