IT Technician (2 Positions)
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Customer support (Helpdesk, online or onsite)
- Install new Internet connections for customers
- Repair Internet connections for customers
- Configure modem, router, switch, Wi-Fi and other network devices
- Install network cable and network devices at customers sites and other locations
- Analyze and fix minor computer, application and network problems for customers
- Performs other works from time to time as assigned by the manager
- Associate or Bachelor degree of IT or Computer Science
- Male age from 20 to 30 years old.
- Knowledge of network cable installation
- Knowledge of modem, router, switch, Wi-Fi configuration
- Knowledge of network monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting
- Good in technical problem solving
- Performs on-call duties as required.
- Be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Experience with software, hardware and peripheral installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Patient and be able to work under pressure and time constraint
- Honest, responsible and self-motivated
- Willing to work hard and learn new things
