Khmer Organic Cooperative (KoC) is a social responsibility enterprise established in 2014 by working along the whole agriculture supply chains from the farm gate to the market place. KoC provides the best options for all consumers by bringing a real quality of local food and fresh produces. KoC implement Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR) by working with farming cooperatives and agricultural associations for better income and health to farmers.

While expanding its activity in agricultural sectors, the company is recruiting dynamic individual for the positions base at Phnom Penh as below:

Announcement Positions

IT Manager

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manages all software development application and recommendation to support operation, product traceability system, crop calendar…etc
  • Manages network, data server & backups, intranets, mail saver & security systems Develop
  • Monitor and analysis the root cause of system issues, keep contact with service provider and propose solution to management and team for solving out.
  • Propose creative ideas to improve system performance and make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges.
  • Provide an efficient high-quality IT support service to the users and corporate computer systems.
  • Review and feedback of artwork for packing products, Books, Leaflet, Banner/Poster
  • Monitor of internet Wi-Fi router, configuration, install physical network or any software to client.
  • Keep monitor/update company website and Facebook
  • Strong IT technical support to the teams and good team work
  • Other tasks assign by senior management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3 years’ experience in Program/Software Development, Information Technologies, System Development
  • Good knowledge of System Development, Technologies Information, Designing, Networking and General Supporting
  • High commitment, accountable, integrity, be flexible, responsibility for delivering outcomes, willingness to work as a team.
 
 

HR & Admin Officer

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Review and coordinate to propose staff productivities and keep closely to monitor the progress
  • Daily monitor staff attendant, working OT and general health and safety,
  • Provide new staff orientation and coordinate for internal and external training,
  • Perform as recruitment committee and coordinate whole of recruitment process
  • Perform as a part of food safety management system for staff competency and disciplinary actions
  • Perform as warehouse administrative for public relation, communication letters, and assets management,
  • Implement HR internal regulations, commitment, accountable, integrity, be flexible, responsibility for delivering outcomes, willingness to work as a team.
  • Prepare monthly report and other necessary reports to management
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or related field
  • 2 years experienced in HR & admin function or warehouse management
  • Strong inter-personal skills, communication, negotiation and monito
  • High commitment, integrity, be flexible, responsibility, willingness to work as a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 
 

Marketing Assistant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Assist to manage social media accounts, including creating and posting content, responding to comments and messages, and running social media ads
  • Support farm demonstration and field day
  • Schedule and publish social media content using designated platforms
  • Assist with trade shows and other marketing events
  • Track marketing results, such as website traffic and social media engagement
  • Support the sales team by providing them with marketing materials and information
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or agriculture or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with social media marketing a plus
  • Experience with graphic design a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
