IT Assistant (1 Position)
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
All tasks of Hagar Cambodia’s ICT are performed under the supervision of Admin and HR Manager (AHRM) and indirect report to M &E Manager. IT assistant will responsible 40% of time focus on Client Management System (CMS) and 60% will focus on general IT administration such as ensuring to provide IT technical supports (support staff for resolving all issues with their IT systems, software and computer maintenance) and to provide refresher training to Hagar Cambodia staff and options to potential business need as state in details of major responsibilities.
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Client Management System (CMS) functions.
- Microsoft Office 365, email and SharePoint.
- Information Technology and maintenance.
- IT administration and network infrastructure.
- Education:
- University graduates or undergraduate in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience:
- Experience in working with FNGO context.
- Experience in computer maintenance and network administration is preferable (maintenance, troubleshooting, networking and security)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Team.
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant field.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge in using design programs, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
- Overall skills in computing and software.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of basic network management.
- Knowledge of computer software, hardware and other devices.
- Personal Attributes:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a changing variety of tasks)

Admin and Finance Assistant (1 Position)
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This role will ensure robust financial control and compliance with Hagar’s financial manual and other organization policies issued from time to time to promote good stewardship of funds and resources. This position is responsible for providing technical support to projects and to work closely with Hagar Finance team for organization directive. This role will demonstrate alignment to ‘One Hagar’ and Hagar values through their teamwork and day-to-day actions.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration or related field
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible finance and finance administration work
- Experience in a culturally diverse, global organization
- NGO experiences desired
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Skill in usage of computers and software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and Advanced knowledge of spread sheet and database packages.
- Competent in both oral and written English language and strong proficiency in Khmer is required.
