SUBMITTING BY HAND:

Submit all documents in a sealed envelope with your company name, Address, Email, Contact person name and Phone number on the outside of the envelope. Samaritan’s Purse Address.

SUBMITTING BY EMAIL:

Submit all documents solely with the subject of Pickup truck bidding to email provided in the contact details.

Emailed Bids will be REJECTED if:

1. Another Samaritan’s Purse email is in copy
2. Submitted separately to any other party.
3. Any coercive behaviour is suspected.

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT TENDER DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL OR HAND DELIVERED IS 5:00PM September 1st 2022

No tender documents are to be requested from the office. You only need to submit your Bid Documents as instructed above. Speaking directly with Samaritan’s Purse staff members can result in rejection of your bid.

SAMARITAN’S PURSE accepts no responsibility and is under no obligation to reimburse applicants for the costs associated with preparation of their applications;
