GIZ is a federally owned enterprise and is supporting the German Government in achieving its objectives in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development.
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is the national social health protection operator, mandated by the Cambodian Government to implement the social security schemes. Its mission is to provide quality and effective services of all aspects of social security scheme to members from all sectors in order to reduce potential risks, promote health, and their income stability. Up to now, NSSF has implemented employment injury insurance and social health insurance schemes for public and private employees and gradually expanded to other target population. The pension scheme has been launched in July 2022, while the unemployment insurance scheme will be implemented in the near future. The desired goal to largely expand its social security coverage, i.e. services coverage and population coverage within the next five year requires the public awareness raising through various campaign measures such as through public gathering and meeting, displaying posters, distribution of leaflets, through social media channels, i.e. Facebook Page, YouTube, Telegram,...etc. in order to deliver services effectively to achieve its targets.
The overall objectives of the public campaign is to raise the awareness among NSSF members understand the benefit packages and entitlements of social health insurance, employment injury insurance and pension and understand how to avail themselves to those benefit packages as well as to have a willingness to register into these Social Security System.

Offers must be sent in a sealed envelope to mentioned address, with the subject: until 17:00 on 28th September 2022 (offers sent after this date will be automatically disqualified). If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered.
Non-compliance may result in your bid not being considered.
GIZ is not responsible for the failure of electronic delivery of e-mail messages to the address provided, either for technological problems on the part of GIZ or the candidate.
This invitation to tender is in no way binding on GIZ. The GIZ’s contractual obligation commences only upon signature on confirmation of the purchase order in writing with the successful Tenderer.
Up to the point of signature, GIZ may either abandon the procurement or cancel the award procedure, without the candidates or tenderers being entitled to claim any compensation.
All costs incurred in preparing and submitting tenders are borne by the tenderers and cannot be reimbursed.
All tenderers will be informed in writing of the results of this tender process.
