Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested bidders are to share their interest in the project by flling in the google form (attached link below) no longer than two weeks from the date of the announcement.
  • Step 2: KE to invite bidders for a detailed project briefng later after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Agencies are to submit a proposal and budget plan within two weeks after the project briefng.
  • Step 4: KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step5: Agency awarding be formally informed after the evaluation from the committee team.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Packaging Design Service. The required documents are:

  • Proposal that consists of
  • Timeline of each work
  • Project team members structure and profles
  • Attach Portfolio of previous or similar projects
  • Budget plan line by line (not in package) with details descriptions III.
  • Submission Requirements

Interested bidders can share their interest in the project bidding via the link or scan QR code no later than 29th March 2024, 5:00 PM. The bidding steps indicated under Section II ‘Bidding Components’ are required to follow.
