The Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) is a not for profit, a non-governmental, apolitical organization that is working on documenting the myriad crimes and atrocities of the Khmer Rouge era. DC-Cam seeks qualified companies to bid on supplying of a Document Scanner, specifically Panasonic Document Scanner KV-S7097.
