Announcement Description

Rational

Good Neighbors Cambodia (GNC) is the field country office of Good Neighbors International working in 40 countries in the world. Good Neighbors Cambodia is implementing long term integrated projects, at least 10 years, focusing on sponsorship, education, health, water & sanitation, income generation, and advocacy in some provinces of Cambodia; and we are expanding more and more projects to other provinces to meet our rapid growth. We are seeking for the supplier to install the billboards in Ratanakiri Province.

IDescription 

Good Neighbors Cambodia is implementing the KIRI Post Project Management (The Project for Strengthening Maternal and Child Health in North-Eastern Regions of Cambodia), funded by Good Neighbors Cambodia. To raise the community awareness on maternal and child health, KIRI project is planning to install billboards with informative poster design. It will be installed at Provincial Hall, District Halls, Commune Halls, Health Posts, Primary Schools, Secondary Schools, Markets and public places in Ratanakiri Province.

Service Area 

  • Ratanakiri province 47: (1 Provincial Hall, 9 District Halls, 7 Commune Halls, 6 Health Posts, 7 Primary School, 7 Secondary School, 10 at Markets and public places)

Specification of Billboard (Appendix 1. Billboard Quantity & Appendix 2. Billboard Design) 

  • Billboard material: Metal frame with PVC (3c) printed billboard poster designs to be shared prior to signing the contract)
  • Billboard size and quantity: All 47 PCs with the size 1800mm*2500mm
  • Both sides (Two face): 24 billboards – Both sides poster (1800mm*2500mm)
  • Single side (One face): 23 billboards – Single side poster (1800mm*2500mm)

Submission Requirements

All interested candidates are required to send the Bid Application including all legal documents, company profile, company background, evidence of experience, and bank statement/ cash flow to GNC’s office before 21 October 2024 at 5:00pm. The organization does not accept late bids.

All companies are requested to submit a sealed envelope with the bidding price as per the same requirement of Good Neighbors Cambodia by using their own estimated bill of quality (BoQ). 

Applicants will be expected to comply with Good Neighbors Cambodia's Safe Recruitment policy.
