We are currently looking for a Vendor to supply RUTF-Nutrix and RUSF-Remaqs products to treat children with moderate and severe acute malnutrition in the provinces of Takeo, Kampot, Kompong Chhnang,

Siem Reap, and Kampong Cham.

Please find the product description below:

  • RUTF- Remaqs Snack (6 wafers a pack) for 2200 Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) children. The total quantity is 132,000 packs.
  • RUSF- Nutrix Snack (14 wafers a pack) for 600 Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) children. The total quantity is 36,000 packs.

Please find more information on the Request for Quotations (RFQ), with product specifications in the attachment. The delivery schedule will be informed later to a successful quotation.

Submission Requirements

Submission requirements:

Eligible vendors may submit their quotations in response to the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ), and quotes can be submitted through:

  • Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quotation as an attachment in PDF format to the email address provided in the contact details.
  • Hard Copy: Submit quotation with company cover letter signed, stamped, and delivered to Helen Keller’s office, addressed provided .

Please review the Request for Quotations and submit the Quotation and RFQ by June 27, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Only a successful quotation will be notified.
