We are currently looking for vendors to supply the following items to the food security and nutrition project funded by the Germany Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development through the Germany Development Agency (GIZ) and the Multisectoral Food and Nutrition Security Project (MUSEFO):

Submission Requirements

Submission requirements:

The quote can be submitted in either of the following two ways:

  • Electronically: Sign, stamp, scan, and send the quote as an attachment in PDF format to email provided in the contact details.
  • Hard Copy: Submit a quote on company letterhead duly signed and stamped by an authorized individual and deliver to the Helen Keller Intl Office, addressed to Hou Kroeun, Country Director.

Transportation costs and Training costs are subjected to a 15% deduction of the Withholding Tax (WHT). In the event that any supplier cannot issue the VAT invoice, please supply the price of the product and transportation fees separately.

Vegetable seeds, Rice seeds, and Organic fertilizers will be closed Bidding date: May 18, 2023, at 5:00 pm; successful applicants will be notified in May 2023.

Net Green House will be closed on the bidding date: May 31, 2023, at 5:00 pm; successful applicants will be notified in June 2023.
