Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The National School of Local Administration (NASLA); and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-5:00.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee US$ 50.00 or its equivalent in Cambodian Riel being 200,000.00. The method of payment will be deposit to bank account No. 000000013535, Account Name: Ministry of Economy and Finance at the National Bank of Cambodia and purpose “Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Equipment, Office Furniture and Fixtures for NASLA buildings-Contract No. G-6”. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder.Other than payment of the non- refundable fee specified above, there shall be no other conditions for purchasing the bidding documents.

In case of any difficulty in purchasing the Bidding Documents, interested parties may contact in writing H.E. So Munyraksa, Project Director, Ministry of Interior (MOI), The National School of Local Administration (NASLA), address.

Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 14:30 on 11 February 2026 . Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend in person at the address given at 14:30 on 11 February 2026

All bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of US$ 13,800.00 for all lots or Lot Wise basis as described in ITB 19.1.
