Announcement Description

Khmer Enterprise (KE) is launching the Student Capital Venture Program, a six‑month initiative designed to build ready teams for investment and networking among university student entrepreneurs, with student teams as primary beneficiaries. The selected service provider will design and implement a structured program that includes;

  • Capability‑building sessions (Building a 10,000 USD business ready-team for investment)
  • Speed‑dating style matching activities with SMEs/startups
  • Networking session with Investors and SMEs/Start up owners.
  • Preparation for a Public Pitching Day where student teams present to potential investors.

The service provider is expected to work closely with KE to:

Develop and deliver practical sessions that strengthen business, financial, and pitching capacity of student teams focusing on “building ready teams for investment and networking”).

Support the organization of expert matching/speed‑dating events between students, mentors, SMEs, and investors. As an opportunity to allow each team to build/understand how to properly network.

Prepare student teams for Mid Pitching Day and Final Public Pitching Day, ensuring clear, investment‑ready business cases.

Summary

Bidding Components

Step 1: Interested bidders should email KE with the subject line “Student Capital Venture” to join the Step 2—Project briefing no later than two weeks from the announcement date.

Step 2: KE to invite bidders for a detailed project briefing within one or two days after the closing date.

Step 3: Bidders to submit a proposal and budget plan within one or two weeks after the project briefing.

  • Concept notes or proposal including brief activity plan and team members' profiles
  • The budget plan for the event arrangement
  • Samples of previous projects
  • The expected result of the planned event (e.g., number of visitors/interactions, number of participations in terms of brand and product type)

Step 4: KE to evaluate the proposal and budget plan from bidders.

Step 5: Announcement of the successful bidder in formal within one or two days after the evaluation.

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders licensed by the relevant authorities and experienced in implementing similar programs are invited to express their interest in the project bidding. To participate in the briefing session, please submit your interest via this link no later than January 5th 2026.

Additionally, bidders are required to submit the necessary documents (as specified in Section II: Bidding Components), along with the company profile, registration number, patent, and VAT certificate, to Khmer Enterprise at email provided in the contact details.
